PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize data sharing between managing devices of redundancy composition, which efficiently use a network in a redundancy-constituting network managing device comprising a non-exclusive managing device, an auxiliary managing device, a communication device and the network separately connecting these devices. SOLUTION: The current-use managing device 2 managing the communication device 7 determines whether management data sent from the communication device 7 via the network 6 are to be forwarded. Based on the result of the determination, the management data are forwarded to the auxiliary managing device 3 via the communication network 2, and when troubles occur with the current-use managing device 2, the auxiliary managing device 3 manages the communication device, based on the management data held.
