PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To talk comfortably over the telephone with the other person in telephone communication while listening to the music with headphone. SOLUTION: A signal-switching unit includes a switching unit 100 includes an amplifier which is connected to a stereo headphone 400 and amplifies the sound signal of the user whose sound is collected by an R channel 402 of the headphone; a switch which selectively switches a first state where the R channel 402 is connected to a music playback unit 300 and a second state where the R channel 402 is connected to the amplifier and the sound signal of the user whose sound is collected by the R channel 402 is inputted into the amplifier; and a connector which connects a portable telephone 200 and the music playback unit 300 with the L channel 404 so that the volume by audio signals inputted from the music playback unit 300, outputted from the L channel 404, is smaller than the volume by the sound signal of the other person in telephone communication inputted from the portable telephone 200, in the second state.
