PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give priority to the important part of an electronic mail for transmission, when there is a capacity limit in reception of electronic mails. SOLUTION: In an electronic mail transmission systemαcomprising a mail server 1 as a mail management device for managing electronic mails, a mail- transmitting side terminal 2 for preparing and transmitting electronic mails, a mail-receiving side portable terminal 3A and a terminal mail receiving side terminal 3B for receiving electronic mails, which are information processing devices, a communication center 4 for connecting the respective devices enabling to transmit and receive data and a communication line 5, when transmitting an electronic mail to an address of the mail-receiving side portable terminal 3A having a limit in a receiving capacity, a user specifies an important portion in sentences in the electronic mail by inserting an important portion identifier, and the mail server 1 deletes a portion, before the important portion identifier of the electronic mail and transmits to the address of the mail-receiving side portable terminal 3A.
