<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form packet data for transmission, on the condition that the load imposed on a data processing means for executing it be relaxed, at data transmission in on-demand form by packet data transmission and reception. SOLUTION: Encoded data (DEC) are divided into a plurality of data segments (DS1 to DSp/DSq), and specified coding processing is applied to each of them, thus sectional packet data having a quantity of data sufficient to reproduce data segments concerned are made by the specified coding processing, whereby a plurality of packet data (DD1 to DDp/DDq) are obtained, and they are stored in a data memory part (18), and then each of the plural sectional packet data is read out of the data memory part it is sent continuously through individual data transmission channels, and parallel transmission through plural channels is conducted.</p> |
