PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating head drum at a low cost, which can make proper recording and reproducing by reducing the noise and grounding the static charges due to friction of the tape and the drum. SOLUTION: The surface of the gap to contact the brushes is roughened in press machining.
