PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for controlling inventory reserve which registers inventory information, sales budget and sales plan by model, customer and sales office for each warehouse and renews automatically the inventory reserve according to a sales plan at an inventory reserve controlling server. SOLUTION: The system comprises a sales unifying server 1 which has a sales budget controlling means 11, a sales plan forecasting means 12, a production information controlling means 13 and a warehouse frame controlling means 14, a marketing managing server 2 which has a sales budget controlling means 21, an order taking controlling means 22 and a warehouse information referring means 23, an order taking controlling server 3 which has an order acceptance controlling means 31 and a communication controlling means and an inventory reserve server 4 which has a sales controlling means 41, an order taking controlling means 42, a warehouse controlling means 43, a delivery controlling means 44, a frame controlling means 45 and a database means 46 that stores databases such as a sales budget, product information and inventory information. |
