PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a trouble on appearance caused by mixing of foreign matters and to prevent the reduction of the production yield as to an optical filter for display using a transparent conductive film whose laminated constitution obtained by laminating at least an oxide layer (a) having a high refractive index and a layer (b) essentially consisting of silver repeatedly >=2 and <=6 times in the repeat unit of (a)/(b) is formed on one surface of a transparent high polymer film (A). SOLUTION: Foreign matters stuck at the time of forming the laminated constitution by a sputtering method are removed to reduce the number of foreign matters stuck to the surface to 20 or smaller per cm<2> .
