PLATE-TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

A plate-type heat exchanger comprises a pack of reciprocally sealed sections (1), each of them containing two relief plates (6, 7) which form between them a chamber (8) intended for supply of a medium under pressure. Each section (1) is provided with collecting openings (9, 10) for supplying the medium under pressure into the chamber (8) of the section (1) and for leading it out of the chamber (8). Grooves (20) for sealing gasket (3) are provided around each of the collecting openings (9, 10) of the plate (6, 7) of the section (1). The bottom area (22) of each groove (20) is provided with holes (23) spaced from each other. The bottom area (24) of each hole (23) of one plate (6) of the section (1) adjoins the bottom area (24) of the corresponding hole (23) of another plate (7).
