<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately conduct medical practice such as examination and medication, and to accurately and wholly record information which should be obtained at the process. SOLUTION: A doctor's round data Dind, which indicates questions to be conducted at the doctor's round and contents of the medication, is down load from a medical managing computer to a portable information terminal for medical use 10. When the doctor visits a patient, a doctor or a nurse carries this portable information terminal 10 and uses as follows. The patient is identified by reading a barcode on the patient's bed, the name of the patient is phonetically output. The patient's response to that is input as a phonetic data and stored in a recording part 13. On medication, a barcode on the medicine is read and the medicine is identified, and the reading data is also stored in the recording part 13. When the doctor asks the patient about the condition, the contents of the questions are displayed and output phonetically, and response of the patient is stored as a phonetic data in the recording part 13. Thus, obtained data at execution Dexe which is obtained at the doctor's round is up load to the medical managing computer after the doctor's round.</p> |
