<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method for forming an image free from the variance of image density by improving the fixing property of a toner image and the uniformity of the gloss and the granularity of the image as an image forming method using a heating roller fixing device having at least one roller. SOLUTION: In this image forming method using the heating roller fixing device for thermally fixing the toner image by transferring the toner image consisting of at least resin and wax as a toner component on a photoreceptor to a supporting body and making the supporting body carrying the toner image pass between two rollers, the surface roughness Ra of the toner image just before entering the heating roller fixing device, which is expressed by a following expression, is <=2.5μm. Surface roughness Ra=1/L∫0 L|f(x)|dx. Provided L=0.8 mm. By making the surface of the toner image just before entering the fixing device uniform, the fixing property of the toner image to transfer paper is improved, and the image free from the variance of density is formed.</p> |
