PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open/close device of an equipment installation body at a ceiling part capable of stably and largely opening the equipment installation body from any of longitudinal and lateral directions in consideration of the presence of devices therearound and a working attitude and also completely removing the equipment installation body if required. SOLUTION: The equipment installation body 7 is connected to a fixed frame 1 through a catch metal fitting 2. When the equipment installation body 7 is moved parallel with a vertical direction, a rail body 3 is rotated about a horizontal shaft 4 relative to the fixed frame 1, a slide arm 5 is rotated about a horizontal pin 6 relative to the equipment installation body 7, and the slide arm 5 is moved in and out of the rail body 3 in longitudinal direction. An attracting and holding spring member 8 is installed on the rail body 3 rotatably relative to each other, and installed on the fixed frame 1 so as to be displaced from each other. The equipment installation body 7 is rotated downward after lowering to an open position. The horizontal pin is separated from the equipment installation body 7, and the equipment installation body is removed from the catch metal fitting 2.
