PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which the compatibility of cleanability with transferability is attained at a high level and with which good image quality can be obtained stably for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This image forming device is characterized in that an electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 has a layer containing a charge transferable material and a siloxane resin on the side more distant from a substrate among the surfaces possessed by a photosensitive layer; the shape coefficient of the toners supplied form a developing device 4 to 100 to 140 and cleaning means 7 has a cleaning blade of 5 to 30% in impact resilience at 30 deg.C and 10 to 40% in impact resilience at 40 deg.C.
