A first heat exchanger(13)and a second heat exchanger(14)are connected to a main passageway(16)having an on−off valve(15).The on−off valve(15)is bypassed by a throttle passageway(18)having a capillary tube(17).In the closed state of the on−off valve(15),the first heat exchanger(13)functions as a condenser and the second heat exchanger(14)as an evaporator,so as to cool the air in the chamber for moisture removal and then a reheat dry operation is effected by reheating the air and returning it into the chamber.A flow regulating member(19)is installed in the throttle passageway(18).In this manner,an air conditioner is provided that is capable of a reheat dry operation stabilized with reduced vibration.
