PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic for eyelashes which has excellent long lash effect of making each eyelash look long, excellent usability of smooth spreadability and easy drawability, uniformity and excellence of finish of slight bundling of eyelashes. SOLUTION: This cosmetic for eyelashes contains 0.1-5.0 mass % of poly(N- vinylacetamide) represented by general formula (1) (n is an average value of 1,000-100,000).
