PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a discharging means and a paper discharging block and to simplify a structure of a paper discharging means by discharging two-folded paper and three-folded paper from the same paper discharge port. SOLUTION: A post-processing device folds paper S discharged from an image forming device in two or three. The post-processing device has a first fold forming part for forming a first fold line part a orthogonally in the conveying direction of the paper S and folding the paper S in two, a second fold forming part for forming a second fold line part b orthogonally in the conveying direction of the paper S having the first fold line part a formed by the first fold forming part and folding the paper S in three, the paper discharging means 34 for discharging the paper S folded in two by the first fold forming part, and an inverted paper discharging means 86 for inverting the progressing direction of the paper S that is folded in three by the first fold forming part and the second fold forming part and making the paper discharging means 34 discharge it.
