摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism and a building, in which a glass plate and a spring structure are integrated by installing the spring structure between the glass plate and the building, in which toughness, required for primary members in terms of structural resistance of the building, is secured by integrating the glass plate and the spring structure, and in which a horizontal force, transferred to the glass plate, is borne by controlling it so that it cannot be greater than fracture strength of glass. SOLUTION: This mechanism is composed of a combination of the glass plate 2 and the spring structure 4 which is arranged on the upper or lower side of the glass plate 2; and the spring structure 4, which uses steel products, has a maximum stress which is not greater than the fracture strength of the glass plate 2 even after the yield of the steel product.
