PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various types of working vehicles such as a bulldozer and a hydraulic excavator, which are applied to construction and civil engineering works, and which are equipped with a cable reel which achieves a reduction in thickness and miniaturization and can be rationally mounted on a desired area in the vehicle without damage to the travelability of the vehicle and the operability and workability of a working machine. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic excavator (1), the cable reel (20), which is automatically rotated around a vertical axis so as to take up/let out a cable, is arranged in a truck frame of an undercarriage (2). A reel diameter of the cable reel (20) is set to be larger in dimension than a reel width thereof, and the cable reel (20) can be rotated to take up/let out the cable widely in a horizontal direction. The cable reel (20) is not revolved with an upper revolving frame (3), so that the hydraulic excavator (1) can be freely moved without damage to a revolving function of the frame (3). An installation space for the cable reel (20) can be set within a range in which the height of the installation space does not exceed a maximum height dimension allowed to the vehicle, so that the degree of freedom of installation of the cable reel (20) can be made higher. The maximum height dimension of the vehicle in the transportation of the vehicle can be secured, and is not made greater than the height of a top surface of a top board part of a cab (4), so that safe transportability can be obtained.
