PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal concrete product which is easily manufactured, can achieve effective utilization of shells of a scallop, an oyster or the like after use and can be suitably used as a fishing bank or a sea weed bank. SOLUTION: For the centrifugal concrete product wherein pulverized shells and/or non-pulverized shells are exposed to its inner surface, the pulverized shells and/or the non-pulverized shells are exposed to the inner surface to provide the centrifugal concrete product by casting pulverized material and/or non-pulverized shells to an inner surface of the centrifugal concrete product in forming on the way to centrifugal forming of a concrete kneaded material. Preferably, the shells are flaky pulverized shells and/or the non-pulverized shells of a size of (10 to 200 mm in length)×(10 to 200 mm in width).
