PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition having a good chalking resistance to prevent chalking phenomena for a long period of time, the chalking phenomena being a problem particularly when adding a colorant to a vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: The effect to prevent the chalking of the vinyl chloride resin composition particularly containing a colorant can be developed by adding preferably 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a copper-organic carboxylate, preferably 0.02-6 pts.wt. of a dicarboxylic acid, and preferably 0.1-3 pts.wt. of hydrotalcite, based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin.
