PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is soft, superior in rubber elasticity, and good in scratch resistance, to provide a manufacturing method thereof, and to provide a molding therefrom. SOLUTION: The elastomer composition contains as the essential components (A) a crystalline polyolefin, (B) a polyamide, and (C) an olefinic copolymer rubber. Characteristically, the above crystalline polyolefin (A) forms a continuous phase, and the polyamide (B) and the olefinic copolymer rubber (C) form dispersed phases each independently.
