PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition having excellent sense of administration in contrast with unpleasant sense including difficulty in swallowing of the medicine composition formulated with colestimide, polycarbophil and their salts being resin preparations. SOLUTION: This medicine composition comprises one kind selected from the group consisting of colestimide, polycarbophil and their salts being resin preparations and one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of menthol, camphor, menthe oil, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, chlorobutanol and menthyl lactate being refringerants.
