PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic having high storage stability in the preparation without impairing the properties of a silicone as a component thereof. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic comprises a silicone emulsion and an amphoteric compound. This hair cosmetic is packed in such a container that the critical surface tension of part or the whole thereof in contact with this hair cosmetic is 15-40 mN/m.
