PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser manipulation device capable of optionally selecting any out of a multiplicity of small objects for the accomplishment of their automatic arrangement, transportation and fixation. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a laser source 1 for outputting a laser beam, a laser beam separation mean 2 for separating into several beams the laser beam outputted by the source 1, an electronically controlled mirror 3 for converging the plurality of beams on a specimen cell 5 as independent beams, an image pickup unit 10 for picking up what is in the cell 5, and a computer 12 for capturing images taken by the unit 10 and for controlling the mirror 3. After the capturing of images, the coordinates of the next destination are calculated by using the preset amount of migration, and the mirror 3 is controlled to guide the cell 5 to the coordinates of the next destination.
