PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which better bleaching effects are obtained when a two-part type bleaching agent is used. SOLUTION: An acidic agent A containing hydrogen peroxide and a specific bleaching activator is mixed with an alkaline agent B containing a specified acid, its ionized substance or a salt thereof at a specific concentration in a specified mass ratio to prepare a mixture at a specific pH. A textile product is then coated or dipped in the resultant mixture or its diluted liquid, or the mixture or the diluted liquid is applied to a wash liquid.
