PURPOSE: Provided is a foam type low strength mastic sealer composition, which is excellent in soundproof effect, space filling rate, appearance of parts, shear adhesive strength, and hardness after coating. CONSTITUTION: The foam type low strength mastic sealer composition contains: 12-16wt% of styrene-butadiene rubber; 1.5-2.5wt% of polyvinyl chloride resin; 3-5wt% of modified azodicarbonamide as a foaming agent; 40-50wt% of a filler comprising calcium carbonate(CaCO3) and a conductive carbon black in the weight ratio of 35-45:5-15; 25-30wt% of a plasticizer comprising di-octyl phthalate and a process oil in the weight ratio of 5-10:20-25; 0.5-1.5wt% of sulfur; 6-8wt% of at least one additive selected from a vulcanizing accelerator, a moisture absorbing agent, a heat stabilizer, and a toner. |
