PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture manure which is completely composted by one time treatment without recycling compost. SOLUTION: A case 6 of a first treating vessel 2 is internally provided with a kneading treated matter forming mechanism 9 to be driven by a driving shaft 7. The kneaded matter forming mechanism 9 comprises a feeding-in member 11 and a blade 12 on an upstream side. The feeding-in member 11 is composed of a screw having notches 13. The blade 12 comprises upstream side forward vanes 12a, backward vanes 12b and downstream side forward vanes 12c. The case 6 is mounted with a plurality of divided bodies 10.
