PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for soft drinks in which actuation of an leakage breaker filled to cope with a leakage generated due to connection failure in an electric system is recognized from the outside, and in which instructions for countermeasures is correctly given to an operator of the dispenser. SOLUTION: In this dispenser for a cooling beverage, the leakage breaker actuated by detecting a leakage generated in the electric system is filled in a controller provided on a machine body of it to control actuation of a drive motor of a refrigerator or agitator or the like assembled in the machine body. A display unit comprising a display lamp or a liquid crystal display is provided on an outer surface of the machine body at a part directly visible by the operator of the dispenser. Actuation of the leakage breaker is displayed in this display unit when it occurs to give instructions for inspection.
