PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of ability deterioration easily occurring in heating operation due to incapability of securing necessary cooling medium quantity for operation caused by stagnation of liquid cooling medium in piping connecting relay machines to each other in case of installing the plurality of relay machines in a simultaneous cooling-heating type air conditioner. SOLUTION: A heat source machine is pipe-connected to a plurality of indoor machine component parts comprising the relay machines and indoor machine component units. The indoor machine component parts are connected to each other by gas pipes of higher pressure, gas pipes of lower pressure, and liquid pipes. A bypass piping having a flow resistance is provided on the indoor machine component part on the downmost downstream side of the indoor machine component parts serially connected to the heat source machine.
