PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-polluted fuel oil which can be burned reducing pollution, without reducing dioxins and other harmful substances, when used especially for vehicle and engine, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This low-polluted fuel oil is obtained by adding a calcium component which contains neither an organic acid nor an inorganic acid and is in a liquid state not substantially containing a solid to a petroleum fuel oil or other fuel oils.
