The invention relates to a hydraulic damping sleeve (10), comprising an external bearing piece (11) and an internal bearing piece (12) which are supported against each other by means of a spring body (25b) made from an elastic material. The spring body (25b) defines a working chamber (26) filled with a hydraulic fluid and connected to an equalisation chamber (27a, 27b) by means of a damping channel (19). A decoupling membrane (24a, 24b) is arranged between the working chamber (26) and the equalisation chamber (27a, 27b), pressurised on both sides by the hydraulic fluid, whereby the working chamber (26) and the equalisation chamber (27a, 27b) are offset in the axial direction. According to the invention, a decoupling function, even at high frequencies may be achieved, whereby a hollow-cylindrical sleeve cage (13) is provided on which a plastic insert (18) is located which extends in segments in the circumferential direction and which comprises a decoupling cage (22a, 22b) for housing the decoupling membrane (24a, 24b), embodied such as to run in the circumferential direction and project radially.
