The mobile system has a CS gas spray can, a geared motor with control lever, an internal power supply and an actuating mechanism for opening the spray can valve. The system has a fan fitted with an acoustic signal transmitter, a pipe fitting and an incandescent lamp with a photoresistor and relay, whereby a supporting pin (4) and a spring-loaded striker bolt (3) protruding into the housing are mounted in the in the cover of the housing (1).
