TEMPORARY WELDING DEVICE FOR COMPOSITE RESIN SHEET FOR CARD

PURPOSE: Two thin sheets are welded by an ultrasonic wave in an accurate position, thereby reducing fault in cutting process improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A casing portion(10) has a work table(12) mounted in parallel in the center of the casing. An ultrasonic welding portion(20) has a raising die(22) mounted in a piston rod of a cylinder installed in the center of the work table. Composite resin sheets are welded by the ultrasonic welding portion. An image sensing portion(30) is used to correspond position of the sheets by displaying image of both marks of the composite resin sheets by cameras(30a,30b). A back lamp(40) radiates light the rear surface of the sheets. The lower sheet is fixed by suction holes(50) mounted in the working table.
