PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure development method using a laminated sheet, the disposal of a used base material of which is easy. SOLUTION: The exposure development method uses the laminated sheet 1 formed of a base material 2 which is water-soluble and composed of a raw material allowing permeation of light hν of a specific wavelength and a photosensitive film layer 3 containing a photopolymer component to be insolubilized to a water developing solution through photosensitizing to light hν. This exposure development method comprises an exposure step to expose the photosensitive film layer 3 to a desired pattern by irradiating the layer 3 with light hν from the base material 2 side under such a state that the base material 2 is laminated, a base removing step to dissolve/remove an unexposed region NR of the photosensitive film layer 3 exposed by the exposure step, together with the base material 2 with the help of the water developing solution and a developing step. |
