PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web feeder which facilitates maintenance work and replacement work at the time of trouble, and has no influence on the part between supporting points of a rotating shaft of support frames even when wiring increases and a connection means becomes large by function extension of a support arm. SOLUTION: The rotating shaft 1 is rotatably supported by a pair of support frames 16, 17. The support arm 3 is formed radially around the rotating shaft 1, rotatably supports webs Q2, Q3 at each of the end parts of the support arm, and rotates integrally with the rotating shaft 1. The rotating side conduction means B connects to an electrical apparatus which angularly displaces together with the rotating shaft 1. The fixed side of the conduction means C is fixed to one of the support frames 16, 17. The rotating side of the conduction means B is electrically connected to a connection means D with the extended part of the conduction means which extends to the outside of the pair of the support frames 16, 17 through hollow parts 1a, 2a formed inside the rotating shaft 1.
