SOLUTION: This high-speed reaction pursuing and analyzing device provided with the high heat-proof and pressure-proof circulation-type reactor composed of a capillary of a predetermined volume having an inner diameter of, for example, 0.25 mm or less, comprising a temperature and pressure controller, and made out of a material inactive to a solution reaction system, and transmitting the ultraviolet ray-visible light, further comprises an optical fiber for measuring the light, mounted on a side part of the reactor in a state that a light emitting end of the optical fiber transmitting the light from a measurement light source is located to allow the transmitted light to enter into the reaction solution circulated in the reactor, and an optical fiber for a detecting system, mounted oppositely to the optical fiber for measuring the light, for receiving the light transmitted through the reaction solution, and conducting the same to the detecting system.
