A curable resin composition comprising:(A) an acrylic resin having (a) carboxy groups derived from a carboxylated polymerizable unsaturated monomer selected among acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, and itaconic acid and (b) carboxy groups derived from a carboxylated polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a polymerizable carbon−carbon double bond and a carboxy group separated from the double bond by at least 6 carbon atoms;(B) an epoxidized acrylic resin, and (C) a curing catalyst.
