<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lot control system for a molded article capable of easily taking out the quality data and state/history data related to a forwarded product and capable of easily displaying a control screen formed by these data on a display. SOLUTION: A control unit 1 is connected to control units 20 and 20'. The control unit has the memory means connected to the respective control units of a plurality of injection molding machines 10-1-10-n' to store the quality data at every shot of the molded article, the data related to an operation state and the data related to the alteration of setting. The control unit 1 extracts the quality data, data related to the operation state and data related to the alteration of setting stored in the memory means in a lot unit to store them in a memory in the lot unit over a predetermined period and takes out the quality data related to the past molded article, the data related to the operation state and the data related to the alteration of setting with respect to an arbitrary lot at an arbitrary period to display them as a control screen.</p> |
