PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint of a closed conduit for reducing an installing space, easy in execution work, and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and an execution cost. SOLUTION: This joint is provided with a pair of ring-shaped main beams 2 and 2 arranged at a prescribed interval in the shaft direction, a short cylindrical flexible water cut-off member 5 composed of a rubber and a synthetic resin arranged between these beams, and a pair of ring-shaped flexible water cut-off member presser plates 6 and 6 arranged between inner peripheral side end walls of the flexible water cut-off member. The flexible water cut-off member presser plates 6 and 6 are respectively fixed to the corresponding main beams 2 and 2 by a presser plate mounting bolt 8, and the main beams 2 and 2 are fixed to end walls 9a and 9a of general segments 9 and 9 by a mounting bolt 10.
