PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a raw food product for female adults by using, as main ingredients, 55 kinds of foods which have hot spicy and puckery tastes. The raw food product increases consumer's health and elongates her expected life. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a raw food product for female adults comprises the steps of: quantitatively determining 55 kinds of foods as described in the specification; freeze-drying a part of them at -40 deg.C then pulverizing into 160-180 meshes; finely cutting pine needles freeze-dried at -40 deg. C into 2-3cm then crushing its fiber with a roller; maturing the crushed fiber at 50-60 deg.C for 72 hours with spraying medicinal herb extract; drying it with hot wind of 50-60 deg.C and pulverizing it for easy digestion; and mixing it with various kinds of vitamins, minerals, zinc oxide.
