PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for the total synthesis of substances having a good optical isomer selectively such as a natural type (+)-FR-900482. SOLUTION: This method is for synthesizing an optically active FR900482 in a shorter period using the compound expressed by formula 1 as an intermediate in the method for synthesizing the optically active FR900482. [wherein, R1 and R4 are each an acyl group, trialkylsilyl group, (a 1-4C straight chain or branched alkyl group, a mixture of alkyl groups may be used), alkyl, substituted and nonsubstituted benzyl groups, arylsilyl group; R3 denotes a 0-4C alkyl group; R2 is a group selected from among H, a lower alkyl group, lower alkoxy group, halogen group, lower perfluoroalkyl group, lower alkylthio group, hydroxyl group, amino group, mono- or di-alkyl or acylamino group, lower alkyl and arylsulfonyl group]. |
