A portable system for measuring the internal pressure of a vacuum panel (10; 20) is described, comprising a measuring head (30) having an cavity (302) wherein a sensor of movement (305) is arranged; the device, supported on a portion (402; 502) of the envelope of the panel, detects the movement (405; 504) of a part (204; 403) of said portion of the envelope facing the cavity, following the evacuation of the space (404; 503) formed by said cavity and said part of envelope.
