PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic device such as a liquid crystal device which can enhance its light resistance and attain a bright and high, definition image display, and also can easily be manufactured. SOLUTION: The electrooptic device is provided with a pixel electrode (9a), TFTs (30) connected to the pixel electrode, data lines (6a) and scanning lines (3a) connected to the TFTs, and a storage capacity (70), which are formed on a TFT array substrate (10). TFTs and various wiring are three-dimensionally shielded from light by a light shielding member including a lower light shielding film (11a), an upper light shielding film (401), and side wall light shielding film (402), and the upper light shielding film is formed so as to have a flat surface. |
