PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a tamper evident band and a cap without damaging the tamper evident band or a breakable bridge-form part. SOLUTION: The cap has a top part, a bottom part and a band, the band having a body part and a rib part. In the rib part, a lipped part engaged with the lower part of a holding flange stretching from a neck of a vessel to the outside is formed at the bottom of the cap holding means. The rib part has a first side approximately facing to a direction of the cap top part and a second side approximately facing to a direction retreating from the top part. The first side of the rib part has a first surface, which is adjacent to the body part of the band, not only slanting inwardly but also slanting downward from the top part at a first inclination, and a second surface not only stretching radially- inwardly from the inner end of the first surface but also having an inclination substantially vertical to the bottom part of the cap.
