PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management equipment which corresponds to the preservation of measurement condition data to the data processed electronically, and the writing of a sign and processes then as formal data. SOLUTION: The measurement data management equipment incorporates electronic files of management data which a recording device outputs and processes them, when a measurement condition file is set as an edit mode, causes a new measurement condition file with an existing measurement condition file as a base and edits measurement condition data to this new measurement condition file.
