The invention relates to a bearing system for opposite pins of cylinders, rolls or drums. Said bearing system comprises actuators that allow for an adjustment of the cylinders, rolls or drums perpendicularly to their axis of rotation. Both ends of the pins are mounted on a frame wall via a rotation bearing and can be placed against and removed therefrom. According to the invention, a centered rotation bearing (6) is mounted on a bearing housing (1). Said bearing housing (1) is displaced on a connecting construction (2) and can be displaced vis-à-vis the connecting construction (2) in the longitudinal direction via a linear bearing element (7) and the connecting construction (2) is linked with the frame wall (10).
