PURPOSE: A printed circuit board for packaging an optical receiving circuit having photoelectric conversion function is provided to minimize the influence of noise by indirectly separating a grounding terminal connected to the amplifier of the optical receiving circuit from other elements. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier grounding terminal of an optical receiving circuit mounted on a printed circuit board is separated from a common grounding terminal(CG) to which other elements are connected. The amplifier grounding terminal is connected through a through-hole to an amplifier grounding terminal(IG') which is connected to the common grounding terminal(CG) through a narrow connecting path. A plurality of amplifier grounding terminals(IG') can be independently formed or connected to each another through the narrow connecting path.
