PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure in which effective lubrication can be obtained in an automatic transmission which is provided with an additional function as a clutch hub of a frictional engagement device by forming a spline groove on the outer periphery of an internal gear of a planetary gear unit. SOLUTION: In the lubricating oil structure of the automatic transmission in which lubricating oil is spattered from a lubricating oil hole 14a formed to an input shaft 14, a spline groove 90 to which a tooth of a drive plate 86a of a low clutch 80 is spline-fitted is formed on the outer peripheral face of the rear internal gear 43 of the rear planetary gear unit 41, an oil sump 91 is formed by cutting a corner formed by the side face 90b and the outer peripheral face 90a of the spline groove 90 along the spline groove 90, and an oil hole 92 of which one end is opened to the inner peripheral face of the internal gear 43 and the other end is opened to the oil sump part 91 except the meshing range of an internal tooth 44a and a rear pinion 49 is bored.
