PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rolling quake-absorbing equipment using plural balls (4) that can hold properly the relative location relation of all balls (4) that are received on a receptacle face (2a) of a bottom receptacle (2). SOLUTION: A bottom receptacle (2) with a receptacle face (2a) that receives all of balls (4) of plural pieces and make them roll, a top receptacle (3) with a receptacle face (3a) that receives all or a part of which is more than 2 pieces among plural balls (4), and a retainer (5), are provided with. The retainer (5) holds all of balls on the receptacle face (2a) of the bottom receptacle (2) so as to be constant with the relative location relation.
