PURPOSE: A method of maintaining a subscriber network using a wireless communication network is provided to exchange data between a managing server and mobile terminals of workers in real time, and to quickly confirm a worker nearest to a defect-repair receiving place by using a GPS(Global Position System), thereby quickly transmitting a construction command to an optimum worker. CONSTITUTION: When a defect repair report is received in a construction command manager(S10), the construction command manager prepares a construction command(S12). If the construction command manager requests the construction command to be transmitted, a managing server transmits collected mobile information and wireless data in accordance with the construction command to a wireless communication network, in order to transmit the wireless data through a formed channel(S14). A corresponding worker confirms the construction command(S16). The worker requests the managing server to correct facility information, and updates a database storing a geological information DB(S20). When an operation is completed, a mobile terminal transmits working results to the managing server through the wireless communication network(S22). |
