PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation apparatus requiring no entrainer and economized in space and energy. SOLUTION: The distillation apparatus 201 is equipped with a distillation part 51 for heating a target mixed liquid to boil the same, a recovery part (a condenser 53 and storage part 71) communicating with the distillation part 51 and cooling the vapor of a target substance generated by heating to store the same and a separation membrane module 101 for removing impurities from the vapor by a vapor permeation method on a vapor route between the distillation part 51 and the recovery part.
